Shipping Policy

1. General Information


At Dirrio, we aim to keep our stock levels accurate. However, discrepancies may occur from time to time, which could affect our ability to fulfill your entire order. In such cases, we will ship the available products and reach out to you about whether you prefer to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund.



2. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order. These costs will be included in the final price at purchase.



3.1 Return Policy – Change of Mind


Dirrio accepts returns for change of mind if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and they must arrange their own shipping. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.



3.2 Warranty Returns


We honor valid warranty claims within 30 days of receiving the product. Customers are required to prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse this upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive the item, we’ll process the warranty claim within 7 days, offering you the choice of:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

4. Delivery Terms


4.1 Domestic Shipping Time

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–7 days. Some items may ship from China, with a transit time of 20–30 days.


4.2 International Shipping Time

International shipping times vary based on the selected courier, with an estimated transit time of 4–22 days.


4.3 Change of Delivery Address

You can request a change of delivery address anytime before the order is dispatched.


4.4 P.O. Box & Military Shipping

We can ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only, and we ship to military addresses using USPS.


4.5 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item while shipping the rest of your order.


5. Delivery Delays


If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us for assistance in investigating the delay.



6. Tracking Notifications


You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment.



7. Damaged Parcels


If your parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery and notify our customer service team. If you were not present at delivery and received a damaged package, please contact us immediately.



8. Duties & Taxes


Sales tax is included in the displayed prices. International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay these charges, the order will be returned at your expense, and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.



9. Order Cancellations


You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our return policy.



10. Insurance


Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

  • Damaged in Transit: We will issue a refund or replacement after the courier completes their investigation.
  • Lost in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
