1. 30-Day Warranty for All Products

All products sold by Dirrio come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship and ensures that your product functions as expected.

2. Brand-New Products from the Manufacturer

All our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer, guaranteeing authenticity and quality.

3. Extended Warranty Option

At checkout, you have the option to purchase an extended warranty through CPS for an additional cost.

Note: After the standard 30-day warranty period, claims must be made directly through the manufacturer.


Warranty Claims Process

  • Contact Us First: If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us before the 30-day period ends, providing details about the issue. We will confirm if your product is covered under warranty and guide you through the next steps.

  • Return Authorization (RMA): Do not send the product back without contacting us first. Once approved, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be clearly written on the return package.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product. Ensure the product is sent back in its original packaging along with all accessories. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the warranty being void.


Product Limited Warranty & Quick Start Guide

A. Limited Warranty
All products purchased from Dirrio or an authorized reseller come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt, is required to validate the warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and covers defects in workmanship under normal use.

If your product shows defects within the warranty period, Dirrio will facilitate repairs using factory-refurbished parts or offer a replacement if necessary. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will provide a comparable product of equal or greater value. All defective products must be returned to an authorized facility designated by Dirrio.

B. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers or products damaged due to:

  • Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the user manual
  • Use of non-original parts or modifications
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Improper transportation or packaging when returning the product
  • Installation of third-party parts

It also does not cover expendable items like accessories or cosmetic parts (e.g., cables, plastic components).

Dirrio makes no other express warranties beyond what is stated in this policy. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 30-day warranty period unless prohibited by local laws. In cases where implied warranties cannot be limited, this warranty may not apply fully.

Dirrio is not responsible for data loss or damage to removable storage media, and we recommend backing up all data prior to returning products for warranty claims.
